2021 CASE IH WD2504 Wind Rower

Material is sold AS IS, WITH ALL FAULTS.  Central City Steel specifically excludes all other warranties, express or implied, including all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.  All dimensions are approximate.  Central City Steel does not guarantee that materials are free of any particular defect and will not accept a claim for deficient quality (including gauge, grade, chemistry, width performance, etc.) Certified scale receipts are required for any adjustments in weight unless sold by pieces, theoretical weight or otherwise stated.  IN NO EVENT SHALL CENTRAL CITY STEEL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES IN AN AMOUNT EXCEEDING THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE GOODS SOLD HEREUNDER.  NOR SHOULD CENTRAL CITY STEEL HAVE ANY LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  All claims by buyer for shortages, defects, or discrepancies in materials purchased under this invoice agreement must be submitted in writing to seller within ten days after receipt of such items by buyer in order to receive seller’s consideration.  Buyers’ failure to so notify seller in writing within the ten-day period shall be deemed a waiver of any such claim for shortages, defects, or discrepancies.
